Singapore's Investors Are Being Left Up Sh!t Creek Without a Paddle!
The collapse of the Noble Group and the disdain shown to Noble investors by Singapore regulators is not isolated and I would argue that Singapore's institutional cover-ups are becoming more damaging than the original crimes.
